It was decided based on feedback from the spring 2023 town hall to transition this thread back to being election specific. With the Civics section being able to house specific threads on many issues, we think having a generalized politics thread is not completely necessarily anymore. 
 

With that said, please continue to be respectful and remember that you do not always need to respond to everyone.

Several years later we have numerous Politico pieces from her CURRENT staff trashing her to show for it, from never preparing nor reading military briefs.

All the other names I'm seeing thrown around, including Buttigieg, are abysmal general election candidates.

I'd add Warnock to the list of viable replacements, but otherwise I agree with all of this. Although at this point, I really think basically anyone else would at least improve on Biden's chances. Maybe not enough to win, but what's the harm at this point :deadbanana:
