Because so much matters on Biden doing a good job. but we have to remember as well that the mics will be muted after each one speaks. This alone will help moderate Trump from being too crazy and erratic. This will help Trump seem "normal" none of us should be surprised if that's the outcome of the debate I also could see Trump using his closing statement to announce his VP pick which will also dominate the headlines. That's what I think he's going to do too. Also no pre written notes are allowed, they will only have a pen, paper, and water. Trump doesn't do well away from the teleprompter and right-wing media. He gets really frustrated and blabbers on and on. I think Biden will be more scripted and go through points and have a couple trip ups. 1
