shelven Posted June 17 Posted June 17 Every passing day adds further proof to my theory that Biden looking like a visibly senile person will be the single most important "issue" of this election. More than Israel, more than the economy/inflation, more than abortion. It's why I've never believed anyone who's said that Biden is the best positioned Democrat to beat Trump and that replacing him would hurt more than it would help. Over and over again, polls are showing that people would be far more willing to vote against Trump if the alternative didn't look like he might die at any moment. 1

Biden's age could concern a voter but they could also vote for him. 🤷 this race will be decided in 3 states by a handful of voters. do they want to vote for an old man who stutters/mumbles sometimes or do they want to vote for an old man who can't complete a coherent sentence and who's also a convicted felon. I guess we will find out that answer come November Edited June 17 by GhostBox 1

Not a fan of Dean Phillips, but him and Marianne Williamson were right to try to raise this issue. Our country could be on a collision course for destruction because of Biden's ego. 4

I guess we will find out that answer come November Why anytime a user has a legitimate issue do you copy and paste this answer that means nothing? The numbers show that voters are more concerned about Biden's senility over Trumps convictions. So that's what the election will be decided on. Biden needs to prove his brain hasn't turned to mush. Debates are very important for that. No one knows what could happen in November because both candidates could drop dead of natural causes at any second.
GraceRandolph Posted June 17 Posted June 17 The Democrats have their heads up their asses. All this gaslighting about Biden's gaffes and age when it's clear voters aren't buying it. Biden is so weak he could lose to anybody but of course Dems will just continue to blame lefties because that's their main purpose in this political environment. 1

The Democrats have really dropped the ball HARD since the Clinton candidacy. Now we're just going to count on the narrowest paths possible to 270 electoral college votes. How absurd.

Iowa is just like Ohio. Long gone as a swing state. FL is right behind them as well. but now they have been replaced by AZ, GA, and NC

Biden seems poised to completely lose the Sun Belt this time. Frankly, the only reason those states were ever in play is because of Trump. The Democratic Party would be rendered dead and completely unelectable for the next foreseeable cycles due to the damage inflicted by Joe Biden's presidency if Republicans ever found it within themselves to move on from that freak, but alas. They simply can't do it. What a pity. Anyway, I've said before that if it looked like my state was actually in play I'd be willing to suck it up. But right now, Biden's looking to lose harder than Clinton did, and so... I'm fine with not having to debase myself voting for a genocidaire. At this point, I'll probably just stay home since my Representative is one of the most corrupt ConservaDems in Congress. There's genuinely nobody on the ballot who represents me where I live. 1
