Exactly. Trump was the one who lifted sanctions against Russia during his presidency and gave putin a clear signal that he can continue his eras tour in Ukraine. Also, those morons who truly believes that putin will stop with this deal, are despicable delulus. It's all fine and well to vote for Trump if you're willing to accept that the people who will suffer the most won't be Americans, and that those in the halls of power enabling what's happening in Gaza will deal with the fewest consequences of all. Trump will make America look like even more of an embarrassment on the international stage, and will probably blow up as many international relationships as he can manage, but the US has gone through isolationist swings before and is completely self-sufficient in food and energy, so it won't actually impact your average American in any material way that could be qualified as "suffering". He will take a massive pickaxe to as many democratic institutions as he can manage, but for your average white, politically disinclined American citizen, that won't be an issue. As an American nationalist (or rather, as a politician courting the American nationalist vote), Trump seems primed to wreak havoc (and probably famine) across the majority of the developing world in his quest for better trade terms and lower resource prices for American companies, and he's been very explicit in his desires to deport all "non-desirable" immigrants, and to make the border crossing conditions exponentially more harsh and dangerous to attempt to deter as many future migrants as possible (look for messaging about specific proposals for military action in Northern Mexico out of his campaign); and a bit more sly (but still pretty obvious) in his desire to develop legal mechanisms to strip American citizenship from people he doesn't deem worthy of holding it. If you can live with that future, then by all means, give him your vote.
