I think this is slightly over-estimating Caruso's performance. If their shares hold once all votes are in: He spent $150 per vote with $40m. They're even sharing footage that was never released to the public. And the complete lack of urgency from so many within his administration is JARRING. It's even more frustrating because Trump, or his family, won't face any real consequences for it.
