Among them, they list Jeff Bezos. My faith in the electorate is so low that I bet a lot of Democratic voters would be thrilled at this: “Yas, we need him to counter Trump because he’s a REAL billionaire!” Even though Bezos is over here on Twitter trying to be a knock-off Elon Musk who’s already a knockoff 4chan New-Atheist-turned-Alt-Right shitposter from 2012 but with the brain of a 12-year-old edgelord who does Fortnite dances while shouting slurs on Xbox Live.

Thuggin Posted May 25, 2022 Posted May 25, 2022 Cuellar’s campaign literally lied to voters that Cuellar supported abortion and how with abortion rights on the line we needed him in office to protect Roe. How are you supposed to fight against millions of dollars from AIPAC and other lobbying groups in a disinformation campaign, honestly? I feel like this problem is only gonna get worse over time.

It’s pitiful. If Elon Musk legally could run for president and didn’t recently come out as a Republican simp, then I’m sure they’d be peddling him for the nomination.

Instead of crying and playing the blame game, why can't the Left just... run a stronger candidate instead? Or learn something from the previous defeat and run a better campaign? Idk just a thought If Cuellar is so awful then it shouldn't be this hard. You are wrong. Look what happened with Summer Lee. She was killing her corporate opponent in the polls and then at the last few weeks all these israel superpacs poured milllions of dollars in attack ads against her. There a lot of gullible people like you and that dark money almost made her lose but thankfully she won.

She's already ran a better race than in 2020, where she lost by ~2500 votes. The corporate Democratic party exhausted all options to keep their pro-gun, anti-choice Democrat in office and she still managed to get within 100 votes or so of him. He’s also counting the first round of the current primary where she ended up with fewer votes and it went to a runoff. He’s also being completely uncharitable about how close she came to winning, knowing full well how Democratic leadership directly intervened by personally campaigning for Cuellar and recording robocall messages for him. Remember, though, that this is also the guy known for comparing black women to apes on this very forum.

Armani. Posted May 25, 2022 Posted May 25, 2022 Still no update on how many provisional ballots, hmmm
Vermillion Posted May 25, 2022 Posted May 25, 2022 ///Cross Ulvede Duplicate Post/// The press conference crashing is getting all the attention as opposed to the comments immediately outside of it to the awaiting press. They were going to accuse him of being a diva and political regardless of this Hail Mary (even with the gall to still go to their NRA convention) and he's going to lose the statewide race anyways so I'm not against this. Worth a watch, imho.

If so, does this apply to any other elected officials at this point? You have to be tried in a federal court and convicted of insurrection under U.S. Code Title 18 § 2383. Many things must happen first, and I truly doubt it would ever reach that point. I think they'll just settle on charging the people they already have in custody with lesser crimes; trespassing, destruction of government property.
ClashAndBurn Posted May 26, 2022 Posted May 26, 2022 Obama was as ineffectual as they come, but Biden will go down as worse. He’s failed in every measurable way.
Armani. Posted May 26, 2022 Posted May 26, 2022 It would be embarrassing if Cuellar loses after declaring victory. His tweet didnt even mention that he thought provisionals or military ballots would favor him, but that every vote had already been counted
