We're going from a government who essentially did very little to nothing on so many key issues, to an administration who is shaking the table like crazy before it's even begun. A ceasefire, saving Tiktok… and they aren't really awful things. If Project 2025 ends up being real, whew. From 4 years of silence for better or for worse to 4 years of massive, sweeping changes. 2028 is going to be an entirely different country. 1

Trump could have had his friend Bibi sign the cease fire agreement back in May, he told him not to because he wanted it to be an election issue to tear democrats apart. And how exactly is Trump saving TikTok? He has two options 1. Convince Congress to pass a law that undos the ban. Which is unlikely since Trump is historically awful at negotiating with Congress 2. Convince ByteDance to sell the app to a US billionaire. This is the most likely option, but it really has nothing to do with Trump. ByteDance already had a year to do this a chose not to. The Surpreme Court has made it extremely clear that they respect Congress's power with this ban, so a Trump executive order would get knocked down. I do agree with you that it will be an interesting 4 years, but the people saying that Trump has already made accomplishments are just pushing baseless Trump propaganda 1
