Blue MAGA needs to quit with the rigging claims based on people only filling out the top of the ticket, like I just had a convo with my cousin yesterday where he admitted to only voting Trump but not representatives or judges because he doesn't know anything about those races and doesn't want to vote based on party

A lot of the issues of the SCOTUS have to first go through the understanding of who would even have standing to bring forth a case to get to SCOTUS and what harm they're alleging.

 

Based on the below, I interpret it as Trump would look not to "undo" birthright citizenship (effectively not fighting to amend the constitution) but that they'll get to a point of declaring a state of emergency via the executive that they claim allows for them to deem new immigrants "invaders" and thus their children born on US soil would be exempt from birthright citizenship, hoping to get a Supreme Court composition in their favor that would defend their executive authority to issue these kinds of "emergency" declarations.

Is anyone else lowkey getting the impression that Trump kinda knows what he's doing this time around?  His staff picks during his first term were giving SNL skit, between Sean Spicer, Scaramucci, Betsy Devos, John Bolton and the others. His picks this time around feel a little more calculated and sinister.

To be fair, none of the people you listed have even really had their 2024 equivalents named yet.

 

Even in 2016, he had some "sane" appearing appointments (Nikki Haley at the UN) next to some batshit ones. 
 

The meme appointments could still be on the way.

He almost left the senate after losing the nomination in 2016 so I kind of feel like he is probably over politics and just wanted the Secretary of State title and a book deal in a few years
