But yeah, her take absolutely reads as someone who doesn't understand what's going on or how to fix any of it. It's honestly kind of sad to see young people who care so much get it wrong like this, because it just feels like they've been betrayed by the very apparatus they trust(ed) to give them a hopeful, brighter future.

just look at AOC's Instagram story right now. people admitting they voted for Trump AND for her on their ballot because "Trump and you care about the working class" and "both of you push boundaries" 

 

it's on the DNC what route they take, but the answer to a REAL way forward is right here. again, not saying it's specifically AOC, but it's in real working class progressive policy and grassroots organizing. I've really woken tf up with this election loss and I'm "not going back" to blindly following what Dems throw at us anymore. I'm going back to trusting my progressive roots/instincts after being gaslit into believing there's no way for success with that approach.
