The future in the party is in converting as many young people out of sparse rural counties and moving them out into suburban sprawl and urban metro centers. The first thing Dems should do in their reflection is find some way to make college free. The college attainment difference between young men vs young women will likely come into some convergence of who broke for Trump vs Harris when final exit polls come out.
