I'm feeling optimistic today. We're winning this, ladies!

People with literal nazi heritage attacking a Jewish woman and calling her a white supremacist because she doesn't endorse genocide shows liberals never actually got the hang of the identity politics grift, even now feigning outrage over how people pronounce the name of a black woman who worked to pncrease the number of black people in jail.Β

I'm going to reiterate what I said yesterday, just to alleviate some of the nerves:

Β

It's probably a good idea to ignore polling for the rest of this election. From the start, this has been a close election and even if we had some good moments (Harris entering the race, post-debate, etc) it was always a close election. Polls might show things slightly tilting one way or the other but they're all saying the same thing: It's close.

Β

So, alright, that doesn't feel so good, I get that. But if you're Harris or Trump, I'd wager you'd rather be Harris in this situation. Better favorables, doing well with key demographics, more or less holding onto Biden's coalition (recent Black/Latino oversamples seem to show as much), bellwethers looking good for Democrats, high turnout already in places like Detroit, PA and GA, no big scandals for Harris, Β economy doing great with inflation lowering to pre-COVID levels, Harris doing better with likely voters, EC bias being down, high enthusiasm amongst democrats, and some unsavory candidates in swing states (Robinson, Lake for example).

Β

Trump has.. a possibly more favorable national climate? Maybe some people who couldn't get over inflation fast enough either, as well as immigration issues. But even on economy, Harris has been making ground with him.

Β

All in all, if it has to be tied, then I'd place my bets on Harris because polling isn't going to give us the answers we're looking for. It's continuously going to say it's more or less a coin flip.

Ehh I don't know. He's been a little more right leaning and upset at democrats since he left CNN. I believe he has said he's open to voting Trump too and feels bad for being so harsh on him :rip:
