As long as Kamala isn't the one saying itย It wasn't exactly convincing tbh, if he's going to do that he needs say how Trump's policies will effect them. Not by subtly saying don't be misogynist.ย ย Anyways Hispanic Men are probably in the mid to low 50s for Dem support & White men are likely slightly below 40%, while Black men were at 80% predebate. Yet the entire narrative is setting it up to blame Black men if Kamala loses with all these clickbait articles 1 3
Vermillion Posted October 11 Posted October 11 @Bladeย IGNORE ALL EXIT POLLS Thank you @shelvenย ย who covered everything very well. ย @ClashAndBurnย Everyone's made good points on Obama's speech portion on black men here already but I'm conflicted. With margins this tight they must have internals indicating it's worth the risk in possibly turning off those aren't already locked into MAGA or are leftist. Without more data breakdown on motivations, I go by gut and the data that's available that indicates to me that this strategy isn't worth it. 1
FameFatale Posted October 11 Posted October 11 I was listening to a podcast yesterday talking about the 2012 election polling and how it reminded the hosts of this election's polling. I didn't pay too much attention to politics back then but I went back and looked and it's crazy how close the Obama/Romney race was. Basically all the polls were up and down averaging +2 for Obama and tied 1-2 weeks before the election but Obama ended up winning 5 million votes and 332 electoral votes.ย 2 1

It's one of those mind-boggling stupid things that make no sense that we just accept bc majority of Americans just have a rosy idea of what the GOP can do despite them never being able to do it. ย What's insane to me is the discrepancy between "cares more about people like you" and "is a strong leader" because I do think those two things go hand in hand. To be a strong leader, you need to care about the people you are leading. ย 27 minutes ago, FameFatale said: I was listening to a podcast yesterday talking about the 2012 election polling and how it reminded the hosts of this election's polling. I didn't pay attention to or really know anything about polls, but the overall narrative was that Romney had a good chance to beat Obama. I'm so glad I didn't pay attention bc I probably would've been on the verge of suicide. ย Edited October 11 by Sannie 3
Vermillion Posted October 11 Posted October 11 So this is the second time this has happened that's been reported recently? ย 1
