This is a bit entering into "of course I keep hot sauce in my bag, swag!" territory.ย

Not until she pulls it out. Maybe a few more interviews.ย :eli:

My most centrist and Hillary sympathetic opinion is that I believe she probably actually did keep hot sauce in her bag

What is there to be gained by interviewing these people at this point :ace:ย

Most of the time I'd completely agree with this sentiment, but I watched the full interview last night and the show definitely positioned her as unhinged and completely out of her mind. They included clips of her saying that her election denialism is in part "a mission from God" and showed her basically admitting she has no real evidence for her claims. They would also immediately cut away from her to show interview clips from Republican election officials explaining why she's crazy and going into detail about all the chaos and danger her claims have caused. So I see this as kind of falling into the "air Trump's nonsense directly because it stops the sanewashing and shows everyone how genuinely crazy he is" category.ย

She really did. There's interviews of her years before that where she told everyone she loved Tabasco sauce and Carried around with her in her purse. ๐Ÿ˜‚

It's crazy how much right wingers demonize people from Islamic theocracies when they believe most of the same thingsย :rip:ย I'm also tired of the new right pretending to be more religious than they are, like they just don't have the juice. (Elected Democrats need to stop pretending too, but that's another conversation.) Go all the way and blame the hurricanes on gay sex and abortion or shut up. r/atheism and the new atheist movement deserve so many apologies for being deemed cringe.

"I would do nothing different from Biden...except employee more Republicans". This is objectively embarrassing.ย

Kamala's in-home care proposal is great. I remember her bringing something similar up during the 2019 debates.

ย

I'm not surprised about the relative strength among seniors for Harris considering one of the few things the administration actually got done was focused on seniors.

In a change from 2020, this would be:

White, No Degree - +5 D

White, Degree - +20 D

Non-White, No Degree: -15 D

Non, White, Degree: -4 D

ย

Dems trading in Hispanic men for White suburban women is going to be such a weird phenomenon to happen.ย

ย

Basically that gender polarization is getting worse and that race depolarization is overstated for those with college degrees and probably only meaningful amongst certain demographics without degrees (as other polls are showing - possibly Hispanic men).

If seniors love lower drug prices and ensuring healthcare is a right, imagine if she actually ran on some kind of policy where we took Medicare but like...gave it to everyone. She could even call it something crazy like Medicare....For All.ย :jonny6:
