She must have excellent ties to the Vegas suburbs or something, because she's incredibly moderate and boring (which is fine, you do you in your state) or must provide good constituent service (something Bob Casey reportedly does very well) to explain her popularity. Because Brown is really just a "normie" tier candidate, I'd say actually better than Adam Laxalt and he damn near won 2 1

Trump's entire draw is his celebrity and personality. When you take that out of the equation, his policy platform is rather unpopular. All of these candidates (often endorsed by Trump) are stuck running on the far right while lacking the persona to win with it. Acting like Trump makes them look like an opportunist and grifter (ironic, I know); but they don't have that history or rapport with the nation (like Trump does) to get away with it. The Republican party is yet to find a candidate for any of these races that comes even close to replicating the charisma of Trump. The catch-22 they have is that, even if they did, Trump would likely see them as a threat and turn his supporters on them. 2
