Isn't this about the changes of allotted House districts? Won't each state's legislatures, especially the Republican-controlled ones in states 'trending blue', ensure these are gerrymandered to be red? Republicans control both chambers of the Texas legislature, for instance. Not hard to see blue legislatures also writing out the districts of progressive members like AOC in NYS or Summer Lee in PA by 2030. 1
