The video clearly shows the woman wearing the hijab being hit in the head with a sign.

Why do Democrats find themselves so frequently now endorsing and defending violence against Muslim women? What exactly is it about Muslim Americans intrinsically that liberals have found to no longer be worthy of viewing as human?

Your argument style is exhausting. So is the hostility. You dont have to generalize and accuse people of being horrible/doing something horrible.

I didnt dehumanize anybody. :deadbanana2:

Imagine how exhausting it is to see a delegate try and attack a protestor on camera and then have people needlessly run to defend what you just saw and claim what you saw didn't happen because their parasocial relationship with a political party makes them hostile to any criticism. :rip:

There shouldn't be an argument to begin with because your post shouldn't have been made in the first place.

You also posted this nonsense ironically minutes before:

They better cut down on speeches. I work nights, but actually want to watch this year (this taking place in a city that's near and dear to me and is basically my 2nd home being one of the reasons)

We don't need talentless hacks like Hochul and Coons giving long speeches, or someone who lost in embarrassing fashion like Hillary (even though I liked her speech).

Devote prime time hours to leaders In labor, uncommitted voters who want to vote for Kamala, and the STARS aka Whitmer and yes Shapiro, and Kamala and Tim.

Fein, AOC, and Kerr were the highlights of the night for a reason (daddy beshear kinda bored me, and Warnock was a massive disappointment for his star power potential)

Wait that guy running for Senate in Texas skipped the DNC? jnknkjn yeah that seat is 100% not flipping. :rip:

Still likely locked into a 52 R - 48 D Senate loss.

Funny cause regardless of how I feel personally I actually think Brown staying away from the DNC is a good electoral decision for him but a bad one for Allred

Brown is an incumbent who doesn't *need* to be part of this Kamala circle jerk which can be viewed negatively upon Independents in OH who have voted for him before. Meanwhile Allred has not hype and is MIA. The average voter in TX who doesn't know anything about him will see the "D" next to his name and vote accordingly, for better or for worse. He needs more name recognition and for low propensity voters to turn out.

Basically, just because you're in a competitive race in a red state doesn't mean you employ the same strategy. Whatever, Allred is the one that made the mistake and he's also the one more likely to lose so no harm no foul I guess.

I still give Brown a good chance to win. He's a very well established incumbent, and his opponent is dogshit. Ohios red, but not red to the point that they can easily unseat an established and popular incumbent with just anyone.

It'll take an act of god for tester to win though

For goodness sake, leave Sherrod Brown alone. He knows his state and he has consistently proven he knows what he needs to do to win his seat.

I'm not convinced of the same for Allred though :rip:

Hmm, polling in Ohio does seem to deeply under-estimate Republicans, but this error is most limited for the Senate.

Race Aggregate Margin Actual Margin GOP Overperfrm.
Gov-2018 D +3.5 R +3.7 7.2
Gov-2022 R +18 R +25 7
Pres-2016 R +2 R +8 6
Pres-2020 R +1 R +8 7
Sen-2016 R +18.3 R +20.8 2.5
Sen-2018* D +11 D +8 3
Sen-2022 R +6.2 R +6.1 -0.1

MAGA Republicans don't seem to get as much of a overperformance, but it'll likely be Sherrod's weakest showing if he does win, with him already down to 4-5 points.
