I just checked her wiki page (which is being heavily edited :gaycat6:) to view her positions and wow she was an awful person.

Republican from Indiana (Mike Pence’s state, ofc) so I mean… I’m not surprised she had awful views. Her district’s replacement for her will probably be even worse. :dancehall:

Will her district have a special election? The last time a Dem held her district was exactly 10 years ago until when this lady won it in 2012. Perhaps there’s a chance. :emofish:

By law, there must be a special election held within 49 days of Pelosi declaring the seat vacant. That would put the special election end of August to mid September. The district is fairly republican. The last democrat to hold the seat was pretty special, later being elected senator and currently ambassador to the Vatican.

Omg, I didn't know this - WTF. Corruption at its WORST. That DNC panel is out-of-step with the American people! Those 125 DNC panelists who rejected it should be harassed and pestered on a daily basis.

"The Democratic National Committee's Platform Committee on Monday blocked Medicare for All from the party's draft platform despite polls showing overwhelming support for the proposal from voters. The Platform Committee voted 125-36 to reject the single-payer plan during a virtual meeting. The panel also rejected separate proposals to expand Medicare to children and all people over 55, as well as a proposal calling for the legalization of marijuana." Republicans teas ... just call yourselves Republicans already :clownny:

"Polls have shown that the majority of voters, including more than 85% of Democrats, support Medicare for All. Exit polls during the primaries consistently showed that even most voters who backed presumptive Democratic nominee Joe Biden over Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., want a Medicare for All system. Multiple studies have found that switching to a single-payer system would greatly reduce the amount of money the country spends on health care." imagine not supporting things that the people of your party want, why not just switch over to the Republican party then #corrupt :clownny:

Kendra! :heart2: While a lot of things can happen between now and November, things are not looking good for Republicans if this is happening in Oklahoma of all places. :jonny:

I’m in the district right next to hers (Mrvan is my representative and while he’s not perfect/ideal, I’d take him over just about anyone in this tragic state in a heartbeat) and I’ll just say……I don’t feel bad for her

The heavily Republican state of Kansas is significantly to the left of Joe Biden on abortion.

:ahh: This is who Democrats enthusiastically chose to nominate for president :ahh:

Again. He says it RELUCTANTLY. It wasn’t in his Tweet that he put out that Haberman highlighted at all. He’s said abortion what? Twice since the SCOTUS leak months ago? Wow. Amazing. Congratulations.

The bar is SO LOW for Joe Biden and you constantly give him credit he doesn’t deserve. You are part of the problem. You are why a supposedly pro-choice party is headed by a (personally) pro-life president that supports the Hyde Amendment.

Even progressives appear to be sick of Bernie’s ****.

I don’t blame him tbh. Lobbying against a bill that came out of the committee that you’re chairing? It’s giving loser energy. :chick2:

I don't know what's worse - if this is the liberal Warren supporter who largely orchestrated the sexist smear over a faked "Warren can't beat Trump cause she's a woman" lie or the liberal Warren supporter who took photos of young Bernie supporters during a mock caucus all the way back in 2020 and was making fun of how they dressed. :deadbanana4:

 "Progressive" :ahh:

The way the KHive is in the quote tweets like flies on ****.

Radlibs and extreme partisan Dems thinking they can convince the future of the Democratic Party that demanding support for free dental and vision for senior citizens is bad. :deadbanana4:

Every few weeks:

Some liberal thinktanker who markets themselves as progressive: *posts Dem apologia*

Sock puppets with KHive in their name and a Clinton icon: "FINALLY THE LEFT IS WAKING UP!!! *hand clapping emojis in a race that isn't their own*"

Lol ya’ll are criticizing because he didn’t tweet the word abortion… this country is a joke. When Trump is back in office, I hope your life faces all the consequences because you act a damn fool and this is why democrats lose! Enough of the social justice bullshit!
