Like PA being a battleground / the tipping point state comes from Trump already being at maximum coverage and exposure in the state. He's likely hit a roof there while Kamala has room to grow. Also, I just checked Votehub - and please correct me if data is showing PA being more of a toss-up than shown in the polling below - but weeks ago, PA was the tipping point. It's now back to Michigan being the tipping point, which feels like a telling and worrisome sign for Harris if Trump hasn't really spent money there yet + it's a fragile set of voters. Comparing the below, there's been little movement in Michigan vs in Pennsylvania.
