The issue is, "trans kids in sports" has been a hot button issue in America for a few years, so the Olympics moment is also gonna be generalized to the US.

The whole Olympic boxer thing feels like one of those moments. Twitter has become a rightwing echo chamber where these things go viral but Im not sure most Americans actually care. 2 1
