Fears on PA outweighing the risk of the staffer settlement which will depress turn-out? Do they figure his approval rating means that'll translate nationally and folks won't care? Are they looking for base motivation or independent flipping? Why is everyone ignoring the uncommitted vote in Michigan? If he's picked the honeymoon's over, and it'll be a big contributor to Kamala's loss in November.
