The sons insisted on Vance over Bergum who Don wanted. He wants to be the center of attention and not be perceived as holding onto another power source contributing to his downfall. They've leaned too hard into appeasing the base to go for a woman but not necessarily avoid a candidate of color. Bergum he won't bother with now because he'll be seen as tainted with that reporting and he'll want the shock factor. He won't go for Haley - my prediction's Rubio.

Sannie Posted July 29 Posted July 29 Marc Elias says there is no legal way for them to drop Vance at this point so it may not even be possible lol.ย ย even if this is true, what a weird thing to do. Why would anyone canvas war-torn Gaza to ask about American politics?

Because it's our bombs single-handedly propping up Netanyahu's aerial bombardments at the moment and not his reserves? ย An "informal canvassing" is wildly subjective and weak to fall from arguments of selective bias though. ย I've baked in at this point that there's no amount of the Israeli's accepted collateral that'll be a red line for Kamala as long as Biden's in power at the resolute desk. ย The political problem at the heart of this is Kamala can't cross him while running and divide the party. ย Its the ultimate catch 22. 1

Vermillion Posted July 29 Posted July 29 I'm seeing this make the rounds again. ย If Bernie's "Trump voters aren't inherently racist" retrending tweet was Exhibit A of the primary-that-won't-ever-die, and the K-Hive's rage at the now-impotent Bernie from the Biden endorsement wanting influence on the FTC was Exhibit B I guess this is Exhibit C. ย I'm exhausted with both Bernie and Hillary at this point. I don't want to hear about either or from either. ย ย

NausAllien Posted July 29 Posted July 29 This is something KEY that people need to keep in mind for the remaining 99 days until the Election: ย ย The Electoral College bias WILL NOT change with Kamala in the race. ย Kamala has to be at least 2-3% ahead in the national polls to offset the EC bias. ย ย 1
