The average person hasn't actually watched her speeches yet. The bump has just been that significant from only the people who have been exposed to her on the internet. I don't think she will get her peak until the week after the convention when she has her VP announced too. She could easily go up another 4% after that convention. And if the debate goes how I'm hoping, she could get another 2-3%. And if that debate goes great and Trump skips the Fox one the following week and Kamala debates an empty podium… oh lord. And it will happen closer (a month before elections) and at the right time for non-political fans and casuals to become new voters to registar and afterwords vote!
