We know Trump's ceiling is 46 to 48, so if Harris is already only one point behind then the sky is the limit. Can't wait to see what this looks like a month out after she's been campaigning for pretty much every day. 1
NausAllien Posted July 23 Posted July 23 It seems she's more or less tied with Trump based on recent polls. Is this a 'honeymoon' period for Kamala? Will these results stick? I guess time will tell. It's a waaaaay more interesting race now than it was with Biden. Now it feels like a true toss up. 2

She still has her vp pick and rollout coming and the convention bump. If she can keep the momentum going she might have a real shot 👏🏼👏🏼
Lil Mxnster Posted July 23 Posted July 23 (edited) Kamala's speech and energy in Milwaukee were superb. Not only did she not feel ashamed of the "Copmala" meme but she also highlighted her years as Attorney General, which it works greatly in her favor. The audience was completely captivated by her. I got chills when they shouted "We're not going back!", and I'm not even American, lol Edited July 23 by Lil Mxnster 4

These are the first major polls since his convention where Republicans showed how "united" they were around Trump. If he isn't getting a good bump from his convention and assassination attempt, things are not going to get better for him. 5

Kamala isn't even official yet. These polls atm don't mean much to me. I need to see how a debate goes. 2

In the past, when society wasn't as polarized, he could have gotten a lot of sympathy from Independents. But that's no longer the case. Those who hate Trump won't change their mind based on a speech or even an assassination attempt.
