You don't talk about Biden's age and cognitive deficiencies when Trump is literally the same. On the other hand, Dump has zero realistic plans to fight the inflation or the housing crisis or anything actually, so it won't be long before it all comes crashing down. The question is what will happen with these angry voters when it doesn't get better/gets worse? An economic left populist must be on the table for 2028 in that case. But that's why leftists know it's never going away until it is meaningfully addressed and why Dems can't continue to ignore it. I'm genuinely considering skipping my family Thanksgiving - in ******* Wisconsin of all places - because I'm not sure I can stomach being in a room with seven loud ass Trump voters and just my mother, brother, and maybe one cousin on my side. I'm not even out to that side of the family. Maybe I'll make it a spicy, dramatic ordeal by broodingly reading a copy of the Project 2025 Manifesto (I forget the actual title) in the corner the whole time and quoting specific pages when they try to deny what's about to happen. 5
