Beshear and Walz have both been governors for significantly longer. Even Buttigieg arguably has more executive experience by virtue of being Transportation Secretary for a full 4 years. ย Some of these people are truly serving the classic MAGA philosophy of "if I confidently say something that's objectively false, it's now true" ย 2 3
