I'm so confused about Jinni, so unexpected and I'm just left asking questions now.

 

Hopefully she's doing alright and I wish her well. Maybe she could comeback like Hyuna did after she left the Wonder Girls

yeah actually at MAMA Awards she and Nmixx seemed pretty much fine so the decision of her leaving must have been sudden and unexpected

They may flopping on charts but JYP has 3 GG selling 1M albums in a calendar year not even SM has that what are you talking about.  
 

jinni is my fav member I wanted her to get more opportunities since she’s too powerful to be left handed. She wasn’t doing okay lately but I found it wasn’t that serious.

I hope she will bounce back and debut in a group where she can shine and get great music.

Ugh, she was so prominent on o.o. I wonder if it's not sudden move, since the Centre and screen time shifted a lot from Jinni to Sulyoon and Kyujin.

Maybe she just couldn't handle the group's musical direction and felt like there was no hope for the future.

 

But honestly so many of the girls looked really depressed over what happened with their careers in the first year of their debut. I thought for sure if anyone left it would be Bae.

It's super rare for a company to just allow termination of the contract like that.

 

Either she's unfortunately sick and can't recover for a long time or there is something serious going on with her family/personal life...or there was discord with her in the group. Very odd.

 

JYP is in quite a bad position with their girl groups. TWICE is the only one pulling their weight (internationally at least). ITZY is inconsistent and mostly flopping...and NMIXX hasn't even taken off yet and they are already losing members. Not good.
