The way MAMA made SKZ the last group to perform and close of the award show, due to them being the main event  They also had the the most cheers  from the crowd every time the camera was focusing on them. They also were the top trending act on every platform especially Twitter, where Hyunjin and Felix were the top 2 most trending idols of the night as well  

 

SKZ 4th gen leaders, why?  

 

The way they didn't leave the stage after the award show was over

A Visuelle  Even though we barely saw him in the actual performance cause fxck the camera man! The camera low key only focused on Hyunjin and Felix during the performance  But we still stan

I love my wony but now IVE is a top group now no need her to push more, she’s already famous. It’s not a popularity contest.

Imagine if JYPE would’ve pushed Tzuyu instead of jihyo or nayeon or HYBE pushing Sakura over Chaewon and Yunjin.

But yeah Gaeul is kinda like Momo, where both are always last in line distribution, but are super popular. Momo is lowkey the most popular member of TWICE, while Gaeul will also soon be in IVE. 

 

Starship needs to stop pushing Miss Strawberry too much, cause she already kinda feels overexposed and people will get tired, which is why you see people now looking for the other members such as Gaeul. LE SSerafim did the smart thing by pushing all the members equally, cause they all feel powerful now. Sakura is still the most popular member of course, but it's not a "Sakura and girls" kinda situation like it is with IVE. 

 

It's kinda interesting with TWICE though cause even though JYP only pushed Nayeon and Jihyo, all the members are still very close to each other in terms of popularity. Momo, Nayeon, Tzuyu & Sana are neck to neck in terms of popularity, while the others aren't far behind either.

Even with stan goggles off - there just isn't any group like Twice out there in regards to the absolute jackpot of individuality and charisma. The girls have been all identifiable since day 1 and have music crafted around their individual charisma and quirks. They are JYP's legacy as a group done right.

Yeah I agree, even though 2022 has been great for them: record breaking sales, U.S. success, 5 songs on Melon year end chart already, it does feel like SM stepped off the gas a little.

 

Girls should have had a follow up comeback this year. December would have been a good time for them to have a  comeback. 

 

But judging by how well they've done with only 1 comeback this year, the potential next year is massive

Fearless (of Garam and rage from her minions)

Antifragile (taking a blow & releasing a member and subsequently becoming more loved and successful)

Not true actually. They’re only lacking in dance overall Liz, Yujin and Rei can sing (way better than the NJ girls For exemple), Rei rap is more than acceptable, plus she’s a writer. They definitely have some skills, it’s really just the dance. If you watch their fancams you can see that they have really good facial expressions (And Leeseo sometimes do too much )

For now I still think that Rei is more popular (or maybe it’s the DIVE fandom? Idk). She have way better engagements than Gaeul, already have cfs, fashion sponsoring and a Vogue cover. Plus she ranked 8 on Naver most searched Kpop idol this year. For a rookie and a foreigner it’s good. 
Gaeul definitely have a big fanbase in China, it’s going to help her. And the after like viral moment gave her a boost!

Imagine in the upcoming "Forgiveness" comeback with LE SSERAFIM, where in the teaser we see Garam appear in front of the other members like she did here with ENHYPEN. Then it zooms in on her face and you hear Yunjin saying: "Do you wan't to be forgiven?", and then the teaser ends! 

Ugh, I see the vision

To be fair, she was next to Queen Xiaoting, she was bound to stick like a sore thumb on the performance, they should have included Rei in the performance too, so she could take the bad spotlight instead of Miss Berry. 

 

But honestly, Wonyoung and her talentless friends must be tired, imagine after a whole year of performances and a promotion, it's almost ***** december and you have to keep performing just for the sake of this non event of a show like wow, I would be stressed as hell, she must feel the same way as I do when I go two or three days without suking a nice loaded Dique So, go easy on the girl.
