laqqinq Posted May 9 Posted May 9 I want to know if anyone thinks the Eras Tour will receive an extension into 2025? There's some countries her fans want her to tour which are rumored to be announced soon. I also believe that she might headline Halftime 2026. I know she doesn't "need" the Super Bowl but its still the Super Bowl and would serve as a great place/platform to bow out the whole Eras Tour/Swiftmania (not as in telling people to end it)/rerecords era as a closer and like, as its evident, it would be one last big marketing move to promote the rerecords as a whole (not like her tour isn't the biggest stage for her rerecords right now). And there were reports of a live album and a documentary about the rerecords which I assume would be out after the tour is over. I thought she would do the Halftime 2025. But the last Eras Tour show (as of now) is in December 2024 and that's little time in between that and the SB. I think she/the network/NFL would want the show to stand out incredibly and be something different from Eras + I think Halftime shows are usually in production/preparation/planning a few months in advance? So 2026 makes sense. I do feel like after the tour and the debut album rerecording, she may take a year-long break. She may not follow her 2-year cycle but she might also not release albums as frequently? Its a pretty difficult thing to decide because its like its either that her albums feel so "frequent" and "back-to-back" because she releases the rerecords between studio albums while her major focus are the studio albums (and the vault material, mainly). So would it be like Midnights—TTPD if she wasn't doing rerecords (or if this situation never happened) or would she be recording new material in place of the rerecords. So, it would be like: Folklore—Evermore—Studio Album—Studio Album—Midnights—Studio Album—Studio Album—TTPD. So would she release 2 albums in a year after the rerecords or would she follow her 2 year cycle? (which Midnights to TTPD is evidence of). I don't think she would (she might, never know). Not necessary that she would release 2 records in a year but at the same time, there would be no time confinement of when to expect new material for her. It could be whenever she wants to. And that also is part of the mystery, since she never (I believe) shares studio pics, teasers, snippets, says she's working on new music. Just comes out of nowhere and announces (preceded by TaylorNation easter eggs/hints). 1

Such a GP driven SMASH I guess it was the most forgotten album, and the GeePee went back for another re-evaluatory listen after seeing clips from the new leg of the tour. Lets see if they keep strihming! Lover and folklore never had to worry about GP dips, so this type of inorganic rise was never going to happen for them 1

I made one for Lover and Midnights because I think the sequencing and some bloat prevents them from being truly amazing albums to me. folkloreking Posted May 16 Posted May 16 I'll never stop being absolutely obssess with the TTPD title track. Bringing together the pure unfiltered 80s synths I knew Jack had in him for Taylor and her manic storytelling created musical perfection. 2

idkwiam Posted May 17 Posted May 17 Total streams (daily): LWYMMD - 1.1B (560K) DBM - 1.09B (800K) The way an album track is coming to outstream the lead single after 1989. Truly embarrassing for the best producer of all times who supposedly has the most global classics of all times. Jack Antonoff you will pay one day for your crimes. Trust
