Nnn :dies: I love you too and I understand, I had that name for like 7 years so it’s gonna take me a lot of time to fully adjust too :ahh:

Saw Taylor hanging out with gerwig.

Maybe she's getting tips on how to make an acclaimed box office hit that racks up Oscar noms

The way I can't even force myself to care for this messy ass vault. Just hoping that diabolical collab rumour isn't true.

The way I couldn't bother to get around the paywall but the last line before the cut being "It's wrong to characterize Taylor Swift as a singer, since her lack of vocal talent means she's usually just talking in a whispery voice" sent me :deadbanana4:

I need to know which account hiding under a Gaga or Beyonce avi is run by miss Abigail Anthony because this is literally just a copy-paste of their troll arguments :gaycat6:

saying she’s a shitty songwriter and using WTNY and SIO as evidence  these corny 2015 ass drags

Nothing is popping up when I Google Taylor Swift. It worked briefly earlier but now it is not.

I mean sure, Shake It Off isn't the most lyrically complex thing she's ever created (though I will die on the hill of it being one of the best produced pop songs of the 2010s), and Welcome to Baghdad is pretty mediocre for anything that's not easing into the 1989 aesthetic, but is this woman illiterate or incapable of going beyond fun pop music in 2014 :deadbanana4:

Someone put a print out of the Champagne Problems lyrics in front of her and tell her what the big words mean and I'm sure she'll change her mind :gaycat4:

That article is not giving what the author wanted it to. Imagine writing such a sad, weird piece just for a few extra coins.

National Review is a conservative/far-right publication. Ignore them. A quick look at their homepage and the articles written by miss Abigail alone.... :skull:

Better yet, let's do Ivy, and watch her have a stroke trying to even understand what the song is about, or tell her that this is the kind of lyricism Taylor thinks she's giving and have her agreeing in a heartbeat

Not even GodPuta is safe from Lord her botching I fear. LWYMMPoo TV already giving dRead a run for its money just based on the snippet.

thanks guys for mentioning the "article", it was good laugh (apart from the style/lover/cruel summer slander), the internal hate is insane and it's eating her alive... :dies:

and I don't condone bullying, but we just know that twitter swifties will get their hands on it in less than a day and they will do what they do best, because she started it for no reason, and speaking of... what instigated this all of a sudden? if it was a review after the tv release, it would've made since, but why concentrate on 1989 when she released a couple of discographies since then?

NTM on one of the top 5 songs on that album :eli:

It was an exciting day!

•Timeless, Anti-Hero, and illicit affairs entered my top 100 most played Taylor Swift songs

•Timeless passed All Too Well (10 Minute Version) as my most played vault track

•Mary’s Song entered my top 5 most played songs on mixtape, passing Teardrops on My Guitar

•Better Man became my 17th song from Red to pass 200 plays, tying the album with Speak Now for most songs to hit that mark

•ME! got pushed out of my top 100 most played songs, and is now my least played of her 10 lead singles

Hello Swifties

question, do we know why Taylor released If This Was A Movie TV as a stand-alone single with the Fearless TV artwork, even though it’s a Speak Now bonus track? Was that ever explained/is there context or do we not know?

It’s almost certainly because it’s not self-written; there’s a co-writer on it. It was only a Target bonus track originally, and I think that her label had more influence over what would be released as those bonus tracks; the fact that it wasn’t written solely by her wouldn’t have mattered much to them when they could still market the main album that way. She seemed to care a lot about reclaiming Speak Now as her 100% solo-written album during the short Speak Now (Taylor’s Version) era. Some people have also theorized or alleged that it was written during the Fearless sessions or era anyway and never intended for the original Speak Now album other than her label wanting another Target track.

It was so Speak Now TV would be 100% self written. ITWAM was the only Speak Now song to have a co-writer.

Oh Werk I kinda love that for her. I love how everything she does is so intentional and how much she values her own artistry.

Spoiler

My faves could never :chick3:

ITWAM was one of my favorite Speak Now songs too, so I kind of hate she just retconned it like that. :gaycat6: I get it, and I’m proud that she now owns a 100% solo written album, but I would’ve almost rather her stuck it on Fearless TV early (which would’ve sent us into the chao pit, I know) so it would still have a “home”. Now it’s just stuck on a “More” chapter like it isn’t one of her best early songs ever. :gaycat7:
