The way it'll be like 12 stans that show up at each show, because no matter the hype there's no way the hordes of people will show up for evermore that way, it's just been too unlucky :deadbanana4:

12 stans in the crowd and I’ll be 13 of them, justice for Evermore!

Oh exactly, exactly, I'll start r*bbing b*nks to fundraise to buy all the tickets, so even if no one shows up Lord can still report the sellouts with the high numbers :gaycat4:

Is Cruel Summer in pace to dethrone Blank Space?

And the fact that Lover (all versions) has crossed 1,2 Billion (above Shake It Off)

Lover is definitely the supreme Pop era which got mismanaged

Imagine if the rollout went like :

single 1 : Cruel Summer

single 2 : You Need To Calm Down

single 3 : Lover

single 4 : Paper Rings

single 5 : Cornelia Street

it will end up bigger than RED

All puta needed to be barely above and soon to be surpassed by Midnights was a 5 years head-start, a dedicated tour, being heavily featured on another tour, and benefitting from Taylor's insane popularity since the release of... Midnights. But let's take all the wins we can get, there's not that many lately.

And by collapsing, do you mean doing 11M daily?

Reputation was released at Taylor's lowest point in her career and yet it smashed because of its amazing quality meanwhile Midnights was released post folkmore and Red TV.

She was following 1989, aka one of the biggest album/era of all time. She just had a massive hit with I Don't Wanna Live Forever. The album opened with 1M+, which is not indicative of a low point and of an album that needed to reconquer her audience.

Just like Taylor, you're all overrating the impact snake gate had on her career. :rip:

Taylor is definitely more beloved now / pre Midnights than she was when LWYMMD and reputation were released.

Need her to become #1 and extend the lead so far beyond everyone else that she becomes the definitive artist of the streaming era with no chance of being dethroned :swim2:

It’s probably going to happen at this point. Her surpassing Drake and building a massive lead over him is set in stone. Bad Bunny, however… I think his new album is coming this fall so that’ll make things more competitive streaming-wise. But still, she’ll have 1989 TV + Rep/Debut TVs + inevitable TS11 release by 2025. And her catalogue is much stronger. At this point I’m not sure if even another UVST (album stabilizing above 30m) will be able to put him back above her.

She was more popular pre Reputation than pre Midnights. Midnight massively increased her success especially in Europe while Reputation tanked it.
