I wouldn't be surprised if they change it again to "1940 to 1990" to include Last Christmas to disadvantage Mimi even more, they're so transparent. 

1994 is 29 years removed from 2023.

 

In 1994 29 years removed from then was 1965. 

 

Mariah's song is as modern or current in 2023 as a song from 1965 was in 1994. 

 

I'm not sure why they have to even limit year for that playlist. A high charting song from 1965 was seen as much as a classic in 1994, as a song from 1994 should be seen in 2023.

The funny thing is that he wasn't even allowed anymore to mention Mariah in any thread whatsoever on UKMIX... but the Brenda news just broke him and he had to bash Mimi even after a moderator reprimanded him and told him to not continue. Mariah's power knows no bounds.
