Let the others battle it out have bigger chances for 2026 She's never delivered an album earlier than she stated so I'm sure she'll miss it. Also idk if we can take a third Billie sweep if they were to end up in the same categories. Interscope should keep separating their releases. Actually they should just come up with a new Alt/Indie Pop category, it's long overdue.

But on the other hand, I also don't know what to expect from Lasso and all the insiders are still dead silent

I wonder if she's gonna follow the trend of artists who add more songs to the album even after the deadline to press their vinyl has passed. It worked well for Taylor, Nicki, and Beyoncé and I remember she used to worry about that part of the process a lot.

NOW Posted May 22 Posted May 22 If someone made these pics more pixelated and told me they were from 2010, I'd believe it. 1
Aethereal Posted May 23 Posted May 23 @NOW did you used to be a mod here? I remember a mod with a Lana West Coast avi (?) around 2017-2018. Not sure who they were or were they are now?
Aethereal Posted May 23 Posted May 23 bad ***** energy this slays but I don't think it would be convenient for an album cover. maybe as a single cover for Money Power Glory.

Not sure who they were or were they are now? No but I think it was Dancehall. I know which avi you're talking about because I asked him if I could use it, it's so good
NOW Posted May 23 Posted May 23 Not her just casually passing Cat Stevens while walking to the stage. I wonder if she got to talk to him, Bruce or Paul.
VeniceBeach Posted May 24 Posted May 24 Some Lana fan pages on Twitter posted links to Taylor or Billie's stores, and now their fans are arguing over who Lana loves more Spoiler 1
helpthomas Posted May 24 Posted May 24 idk if i've been ignorant these 12 years of stanning her but… what's up with the mannerisms? her facial expressions? is that new? she's so flinchy, and it reminds me of frat girls doing lines for the first time kinda obsessed

I can see it happening as far back as NFR era. I feel like it's because she hung out with Jack so much and he's known for having those mannerisms. I don't know how to explain it but before this, her interviews were always very slo-mo and soft spoken like her music videos lol. 1
NOW Posted May 24 Posted May 24 Also cute to see she's still using Anna and Pammy for her hair and makeup, they really remember all the tips and tricks they used with her during BTD. Only thing that's different is her stylist now. 1
NOW Posted May 27 Posted May 27 The way her most forgotten ballads have randomly been getting their spotlight lately
Aethereal Posted May 31 Posted May 31 What does title track mean for Lana? (since every albums of hers has one) Does she considers them to be the best tracks of each album?
Aethereal Posted May 31 Posted May 31 (edited) Me renaming her albums (solely based on the names not music) through title tracks. Born To Die - Born To Die (this is the best choice), Summertime Sadness or Dark Paradise Ultraviolence - Shades of Cool (this is the best choice) or West Coast Honeymoon - Honeymoon (the best choice) or Art deco The rest are well picked to me. I feel like it's usually one of the first songs she records that sets the tone for the rest of the album. Sometimes she changes it up midway through the recording process (White Hot Forever -> Chemtrails which was a genius switch imo).
NOW Posted June 2 Posted June 2 She read the comments about her vaping and said what about it Lana x The National when? Quote Asked who she'd like to be her next collaborator, the singer replied: "Well, I really like the National. His voice, I think about it… a lot." "Every time a song is playing and I'm like, who's that? It's always them," she finished. https://www.nme.com/news/music/lana-del-rey-says-wants-collaborate-national-2544533

After I saw this video I did not only feel like she might reconsider and re-work endlessly (meaning no album this year) or scrap it, like so many other things she scrapped.
