lg6chromatica Posted October 29 Posted October 29 Has nobody considered that Gaga released DWAS to give Interscope a hit before the riskier LG7 roll out? I don't think this era was ever supposed to be massively about the numbers bc it's much more rogue, unhinged sonically... Obviously they always want releases to do well but still, I feel like they knew this would happen.
satnosaint Posted October 29 Posted October 29 Time to watch all the Lead MV while waiting for Disease MV
Arthoe Posted October 29 Posted October 29 The fact that both the boomer HACga liddos AND the oonts-oonts liddos are getting fed today. Spoiler The way I am both. 1

Troy got a bit excited thinking she could fill the biggest stadium in the country with such short trajectory. I think she could definitely sell out nowadays. She did manage to sell like 70% if I'm not mistaken, and she also said "I will always come back to Argentina". I guess it's just another broken promise At around 3:20 she starts rambling Edited October 29 by Dumbledore
P!NK2LOVE Posted October 29 Posted October 29 'Gaga should do this, Gaga should do that' how about you trying SHUTTING UP and going with the FLOW. SHE is the artist, you creeps. OT: So excited for the video 2
Mikeymoonshine Posted October 29 Posted October 29 20 minutes ago, Artur said: Also, regarding the "solo1!1!" argument. Truth is, no one other than stans and haters care. I rather have my fave smashing together with other amazing artists than dropping to irrelevance (like Katy). Smashing, collab or not, is not easy. Look at Bey and her Miley and Post collabs (both arguably more trendy right now than Bruno was), both did nothing. The fact that Gaga is admired and talented enough to get so many amazing collaborators is also extremely downplayed. Some of her peers would die to have this kind of respect. Stop letting haters get in you head, it only ruins the fun. Gaga is about to snatch another #1 hit, 16 years into her career. I was literally the one saying Gaga should have collabed with the likes of Cardi and Bad Bunny back when they were peaking and stanning her. She also should have pushed Sour Candy as a single with a video. Plenty of other artists kept themselves afloat with collabs, even Beyonce did this and look at her now, two recent number 1s. Having hit songs keeps you in the public consciousness nobody cares if they are collabs or not. Like she can do what she likes ofc but more collabs and remixes ect could have helped Chromatica a lot. Charli is literally doing that now and it's working great for her. 2
