I think LG7 has a decent chance at being my favorite Gaga album

I love the direction of this and I can't wait to see what the deep cuts sound like if this is (one of) the most commercial songs on it.

i know I come off chart obsessed but more than anything I LOVE experimental Gaga.

Most of my favorite Gaga songs sounded "weird" when they first came out… an album full of abracadabra and notorious being in the quality of disease is gonna be insane.

Don't want to be delusional and wrong in 3 months, but I definitely see this album being up there with TFM and BTW.

chromatica is currently #3 in my Gaga ranking with the fame and artpop  closely behind, but the gap between those albums and TFM/BTW is huge (imo). I see LG7 landing there.

Gaga really said my fans let Harlequin flop despite all my love for this project including a live performance for a brand new song, I can't postpone the lead of my new album but I'll let them suffer without ANYTHING more, REVENGE

Without coming across sanctimonious or condescending (cause I wouldn't come here everyday if I wanted to hurt other people or join in with our community)
… But… how could people not see this coming from a 10ft mile away?

A noisy Gaga bangers best showing was always gonna be its debut! 5m is solid, I have faith in our base now. I just can't wait for the visuals, and she's solidified her claim to DarkGa

Good thing has had P!a NK-like career shift to feed GP with her own 'just give me a reason' with legend Bruno. Poor @opbranden !!

I respectfully prefer the distinctive and lively songs of Gaga, even if they may be considered noisy and unconventional, over songs that any other vocalist could perform just as well. That being said, you are free to like that side of her career more. I didn't mean to denigrate your taste; it's just that personally, I find her pop experimentation more exciting and more interesting than her jazz covers or hac projects.

Gaga's flopped in all her genres before and she still released jazz, ballads, and now EDM this year lol. so why would anyone think she makes a specific type of music just for the charts

Also, disease has gotta be one of her coolest songs production wise. Like, easily her most interesting production since BTW.

Great sign for the rest of the album.

its clean, dynamic, high energy, dark, everything we want out of a Gaga banger

I dare say it's even better produced than BTW. Garibay wasn't this polished, imo

These think pieces attacking/defending chart talk…

:suburban:

I will talk about both art and chart when I please and yall will deal

OH and to double down, maybe try starting conversations yourselves instead of silencing others. If it's a good topic others will naturally respond

But how many times can we say the song is amazing over and over again? It's glorious. I'm aghast. But cmon.

Maybe if Gaga moved…

I'll come back to this in a month when I've fully digested the song, but yeah… I kinda agree

Yup, unless she releases the video today/tomorrow and it gives it a boost, I dont see this debuting top 20 on the Hot 100.

Yeah a top 20 is definitely not guaranteed.

if she released physicals and the music video then definitely, they could even lock in a top 10… (if they do both)

Let's wait for spotify to speak… the vast majority of americans are on there and Apple Music always skews urban. It's good the song is doing alright there

I could see a sped up version of this doing some serious damage on TikTok.

Hope they're smart and release it OFFICIALLY …

When she releases the video on Thursday, reposts a few tiktoks and then goes silent again with no physical, no merch, no nothing until LG7 and we are left to watch the song free fall without being able to do anything, then what?

Don't be silly We can have a laugh in here about PopGa v. HacGa irs just escapism as long as it doesn't get toxic and personal.

I was more at laughing at you cause you quoted that user who is a massive p!nk stan and said that :bibliahh:

OUTSIDE of Top20? When I said I was ready or a flop, I didn't mean worse than PI level of a flop :suburban: She is never beating the boat mate allegations I fear

Well, she can cry somewhere else, cause no one wanted another Jazz record from her and she knew it

U should really be blaming Sarah Tanno and the good sis @PlERRE will be able to give u 100 reasons why

Everything started when Sarah convinced Eve to eat an apple... It all went downhill from that point. :gaycat6:

I think Apple Music and Spotify have the same marketshare in the US

I blame all the paid promo posts on Instagram that ruined her  algorithm.

Right? The song was released 2 days ago. Do people expect us to keep talking about the song quality after all that time.
