Sadly it might be true but they don't want to schedule the tour in 2026

Now they switched with La Défense again

Q1/Q2 it was La défense and then Stade De France and now it's La Défense in talks

If it's true I think it's due to Beyoncé's next tour

We'll see, I'll keep y'all in touch

okay as long as it still comes out next year it's fine

thank you!

Question: How could she realistically tour Europe in Q1/Q2? Most stadiums are booked for football games and training sessions.

The earliest I've heard of stadium tours in Europe is May, partly due to the weather as well.

Starting late next year and then finishing early 2026 sounds reasonable to me

This song is tugging Applause's wig as her second best lead single for me I fear

More acclaim, this time from BBC and some Katy Perry lashings:

Disease: Why Lady Gaga's comeback hits the spot

The pop star has returned with a bombastic new song, the first single from her upcoming sixth album, harking back to her origins. But it also chimes with the current musical landscape.

As a general rule, great pop stars set trends, whereas slightly less great pop stars chase them. But Lady Gaga's supremely satisfying new single Disease, which was released today as the first taster from her upcoming sixth album, highlights a notable exception to his rule. Sometimes great pop stars disregard trends and concentrate on doing what made them great in the first place.

Disease stands out at three minutes and 51 seconds, a notably long runtime for a pop song in the TikTok and streaming era, where shorter songs are favored. Defying this trend, Disease embraces Gaga's bold, maximalist style, reminiscent of her hits from the late 2000s and early 2010s. With a powerful chorus, catchy vocal hooks, and dramatic lyrics, the song recalls her The Fame Monster era, especially tracks like Bad Romance.

(...)

Because Gaga has never rooted her appeal in trying to be "relatable", there's no reason why Gen Z music fans can't get behind her bold, brilliant brand of pop maximalism alongside her older followers

(...)

At 38, Gaga has crossed the point at which female artists can find their opportunities limited by a toxic combination of misogyny and ageism. Over the summer, this definitely infested Katy Perry's unsuccessful attempt to regain her early 2010s chart supremacy, though Perry's comeback was mainly sunk by her substandard material and clumsy attempt to weld an unconvincing feminist message to her album's disastrous lead single Woman's World.

But given that she's currently riding high in the charts with her lovely Bruno Mars duet Die with a Smile, heritage act status doesn't seem to be beckoning yet. Crucially, because Gaga has never rooted her appeal in trying to be "relatable", there's no reason why Gen Z music fans can't get behind her bold, brilliant brand of pop maximalism alongside her older followers who have been invested from the start. When she sings "I could be your antidote tonight" on Disease, it feels like a statement of intent – Gaga is back, blandness be gone.

There's already an edit of the same show and characters that started it all for Bloody Mary (before Wednesday) and Heavy Metal Lover. It's doing better than most recent edits on this page so it's a good sign that people outside the base vibe with the song.

for a stadium tour i could see:

north america (may-june)

europe (june-july)

asia (august-september)

south america (october-november)

africa/australia (january-february 2026)

usually the best times to tour those areas.

I predict similar no. For disease and BMS was No. 1 on TTH

They are clearly being this silent on purpose for whatever reason. Physicals and video not being out probably means they are not counting on the big first week numbers and they want to play the long game.

Could this be false and could they just be clueless? Yes, but I want to believe her team knows how good this song is and want to do it justice and are purposefully silent at this point.

Can't get over the fact that Disease has such a strong chorus, production, background vocals, melody, it-factor, and grit. Even after all these years, she still surprises us :gaygacat4:

Agreed. It just wouldn't make sense for her to be "tied up" in a tour for two years. She seems ready to get married and start a family after LG7, and she's probably planning to shoot more movies too.

+ Touring an album that's already a year old loses momentum—it lessens the cultural impact of the tour, imo

Whatever happens, at the end of the day most of us will be glad as soon as we get a MV, and see the song in an entirely new way. However we really shouldn't be surprised if this single doesn't debut in the top 10 on the charts. I firmly stand behind the belief that if her team wanted to, she would be competing for a #1 debut by the end of the next week. I don't think that's happening though, so I'll be satisfied with an epic mv. I still remember how excited I was watching 911 and ROM videos <3
