If someone were out there posting positive things about said figure, that might be something you want to be careful for, but you don't know what they believe (and it could be perfectly fine for them.) I'm proud to be a Catholic, but I also am proud to not assume anything about others and their beliefs. And I certainly don't advise them on what they can or cannot say. Anyway..
