The ONLY disappointment/vent I have with this is the little amount of alt/rock in the final product 

 

I just hope she does a project that REALLY dives into rock one day, she's proved time and time again that she would knock it out if the park so I would love an album with that vibe one day.

 

heck, I'd even take a mostly cover album like tjis

I'm going to say something potentially controversial and despite me liking this album a lot...there's a reason the kind of music present on Harlequin has fallen out of pop culture for about 50 years now. And I don't mean jazz, I mean traditional pop. Not everyone is going to gag, and that's ok lol.

Let's just say Gaga knew exactly what she was doing covering The Joker. On top of that making sure it's the most sonically acceptable for the anti-traditional pop fans. She said if all y'all are going to do is stream my crazy rock song and make fun of / drag the rest I'm gonna make sure the song is about how y'all crave dragging her down.

Something Stupid of Frank Sinatra and Nancy Sinatra, was already covered by Robbie Williams and NIcole Kidman and is fantastic!!
