Freaky Prince Posted September 27 Posted September 27 This thing always happens to me when two artists I listen to release on the same day, so I'm 100% sure the LG7 lead is coming October 18th with Kylie's album

They were hardly something critics were raving about when they came out. 1

Even Joanne, which was her at her most "authentic" was camp af. Yeah I mean that's true to a certain extent. Joanne was pure camp despite her trying to sell it as her most personal, cathartic and genre established album. And then she was dressed up as a random cowboy with a pink hat to promote it. Joanne is a mess as an album. Sometimes I feel she can't take her music seriously, which is fine as long as you don't try and sell it as such. There are some gems on that album, but thematically it's totally uninspired and doesn't explore much about how Joanne's death impacted her and her family, when she leans into country, it feels over the top and almost like a parody, and sonically it doesn't really know whether it wants to be an unplugged rock record, a serious country album, a parody, a dance pop with caribbean beats, jazz pop or experimental pop. TFM, BTW and Traumatica are her best albums because of how coherent they are in what each of them tries to achieve, and are the most inspired thematically, lyrically and sonically. Don't know that gags is the kind of artist that can get 80-90s on metacritic considering how over the top, camp and theatrical she always is.

Kimi Posted September 27 Posted September 27 the conspiracy theory that traumatica is somehow in gaga's top 3 needs to end 2 2 3

Then we make sure to increase the amount of DWAS threads It's already getting a lot of new records within the next few days, and they will ALL be threaded
