The previous remix albums were purely "remixes" which were essentially the songs that had been passed out to DJs with a request to remix them.

With Dawn of Chromatica, they handpicked clearly queer leaning artists to do new verses/reimagining of the songs.

Far more effort went into Dawn of Chromatica than her previous remix albums. 

The only other remix that even comes close is the Marilyn Manson one on the original The Remix album. 

She should have thanked all of them personally IMO because they all really look up to her.

But, I think kindness punk was going thru a hard time so we will let her off for being rude to people who contributed to that amazing project.

ok girly, but we also dont really know if she did contact them after or whatever, she did meet with rina after her jazz show back in 2022, i hope they talked about it then

Well, JFAD screening starts at 7pm Venice time, which is about 52 hours away. You'd expect she'd be on the carpet maybe an hour or two beforehand. So like whatever time is about four hours from now for you, that time on Wednesday.

Please Please Please, I Had Some Payola, and Espresso might still be a little too strong on radio despite the fact that DWAS is outstreaming all of them, but DWAS will most likely be ahead of all three of them the week after this one (as long as streams stay stable and it continues to gain on radio like it has been, which it should). 

 

Now whether Taste stays ahead of DWAS on US streaming (and behind it on radio) going forward remains to be seen. It's stayed ahead thus far, but it's drops on US and WW Spotify have been bigger than DWAS's. If DWAS leaps ahead of Taste and Bar Song continues to fall at the rate it has been, the #1 would be within reach in 2-3 weeks. 

 

Of course this doesn't factor in if another big artist drops or another song blows up in the next few weeks, but DWAS will have most likely built up a comfortable radio lead by that point. And its stability on streaming has been amazing thus far.
