ViviLittleM Posted May 25 Posted May 25 My parents and I got covid like 15 days before the show, we were 'lucky'.

Sounds like those typical made up stories in twitter stans account to discredit other artists.. Beside putting the blame on Gaga for something like that is just dumb, anybody could have had Covid in an audience of thousands of people, restrictions and tests were lifted by that time, people with specific health conditions or not vaccined should have known after 2 years of pandemic the risks of an event like that.
Sugden Posted May 25 Posted May 25 people falling for that twitter fanfiction but she shouldve kept that to herself

If you had complications or other health issues, you could still, unfortunately, kick the bucket. But here's the thing, if you're at risk, you shouldn't even think about going to a stadium concert. That's just plain irresponsible.
sunbathinganimal Posted May 25 Posted May 25 some of yall are missing the point, whether that tweet is fake or not is irrelevant it was a really stupid thing to admit openly 1 1
Tovitov Posted May 25 Posted May 25 The Covid scandal is just bored people trying to score fake internet points. No one actually cares. 4

Most of us are in it for the ride and will support whatever direction she goes to. I can see her making LG7 an experimental album with rock and other genres infused. On the red carpet she said she enjoys playing with different genres. This implies LG7 will not adhere to one genre but MULTIPLE. When she steps out now in any kind of avant garde fashion, it immediately has to hold its own compared to when she was 22 years old - this would be hard going for any artist. Gaga's best projects in terms of branding and success post 2009-12 were C2C and ASIB. both were far far and away from TFM, and therefore could breathe and take on their own life. It just so happened they were AC/HAC but that was how she evolved.

hausofbryan Posted May 25 Posted May 25 (edited) Eh, Gaga can wear whatever the **** she wants honestly. She's more than earned her place in pop culture to have that freedom. I don't think she takes it that seriously to compare her style now to when she was literally crossing the age to be able to legally drink. I'm sure she'll have some that meet that level of "wow," and others where she's wearing Chromatica sweatpants, and that's fine by me. Edited May 25 by hausofbryan 1

Granted, our joking aside in this thread, people can totally do what they want to feel safe. (Which was Gaga's point that was missed.) But.. Yeah. Soon as I got my 700th vaccine for it, I was kinda done. I did enjoy her VMA masks though back when she wasn't trying to kill us 1

BlondUnicorn Posted May 25 Posted May 25 Quote Our Call: STREAM IT. Gaga Chromatica Ball is a thrilling, maximalist concert film that activates its spectacle through the sheer force of Lady Gaga as a live performer. Thematic setpieces, creative film editing touches, and an ambitious rate of costume changes are all in support of how great Gaga is as a singer and the front person for her entire aesthetic.
