If she releases next year, I think we'd be most likely to get both the single and album released in Q2. Q1 seems extremely competitive with everyone and their mother releasing, and she'll be preoccupied with Joker promotion and awards campaigning for Q3 and Q4. Q2 has the advantage of being less competitive and will probably be when the first Joker trailer is released, so she can ride the increased publicity to release an album. 

 

But even if we don't get an era next year, we're going to have a **** ton to discuss/speculate about from March/April to the rest of the year and into Q1 2025.

I would love for her to release a groovy album with songs like these two. Sooo good, smooth and easy to listen to. I don't really know why, but I feel like her voice (toned down and sexier) could really fit this kinda of music. Would be something so different from the rest of her discography too.

They need to milk more singles. Stop with the album coming with the second single. Two singles and the third one on album release week OR two singles before the album and let the GP pick the third single.

Spotify's reasoning for what gets put on TTH and what stays makes no sense. It's clearly part Payola. But the trauma(tica) of watching Rain on Me fall further and further down the playlist while it was out streaming ancient songs that were still in the top 25 was insane.  Maybe there's some math about songs getting skipped or the amount of streams coming from the playlist, but still.

Fun Tonight is underrated. Free Woman also gets a lot of undeserved hate. I don't think Chromatica has any songs I'd consider actually bad, like Jewels n' Drugs.
