Aston Martin Posted December 12, 2023 Posted December 12, 2023 Also some techno version of Poker Face is apparently going viral on TikTok. I’m curious if it has any effect on Poker Face’s streams.

What we can say (without having seen the movie so far) is that it seems to be set up for success in multiple ways. How it performs is out of our collective control, but it’s seems like it has much more going for it than against it. I think we’re at the minimum, getting a good movie, and in the best case scenario, getting a very successful good movie. I’m hyped

Aden Posted December 12, 2023 Posted December 12, 2023 What I love most about JFAD being an intentionally risky film is that it's maybe the first time Gaga has done something very risky since... ARTPOP? Yes, JFAD has a lot of good going for it, but it seems she's staking a lot on the film with it being her only revealed project for the future. The past several years have been so much about her cleaning up her post-ARTPOP image, and maybe now she's ready to be the risk-taking Gaga again we all fell in love with? Cheek to Cheek was the beginning of cleaning up her image. AHS: Hotel was somewhat of a risk, her first major venture as an actress. Joanne continued cleaning up her image.. Her Superbowl performance having two American hyms continued the cleaning up of her image. A Star is Born could maybe be seen as risky, though there were no expectations and the music itself wasn't entirely risky. Chromatica was a return to an older form, so not entirely risky. Love for Sale was not risky. Hold My Hand was definitely not risky. I really think JFAD is going to bring out a very interesting layer of Gaga that we haven't seen in a long while, possibly ever. I'm so f*cking hyped. 2 1

I mean if Captain Marvel and Aquaman’s sequels are anything to go by this year alone, the sequel to a billion dollar movie isn’t a guaranteed success anymore. 1

I advocate for fitting the vibe (dark bawp dressing) rather than going all in with harlequin motifs. 1 hour ago, GraceRandolph said: Yeah, I like the red and black one but not every look needs the harlequin motif. One thing doesn't exclude the other, she has never did something like that fashion wise, imo it would be cute idea for a change and she can still serve tones of amazing outfits.

Yes, a noir psychological thriller with musical jazz elements featuring a popstar geared at a core audience that couldn't care less about popstars is risky. It's a sentiment especially shared by the film's producers.

It is when the first one is a dark Rated R drama starring the most beloved comics villain and you decide to make the sequel a musical, a direction nobody was expecting for this project.

Especially with LG7 where everything is kept under wraps. I agree but he deleted it almost immediately after posting it nnn. 2 hours ago, Summer Boy said: hopefully, it's about time Gaga serves us a disco masterpiece. But at the same time, I don't think 2023 Ga would allow her producers to tease songs like that. In 2013? Sure, but not nowadays :( I've been craving a disco album from Gaga for so long but I don't really know how to feel about that in 2024. I need her to serve something fresh and more exciting.

Artur Posted December 12, 2023 Posted December 12, 2023 170k is really great for an album track, so many songs that were hits don't get this amount of streams 1
Artur Posted December 12, 2023 Posted December 12, 2023 Bad Romance is also rising A LOT lately. Shooting up to her top 3! 70k more than last week, it's only behind Shallord and Poker God now! 1
