It's up to the Globes HFPA members deciding at the end, I remember MGM submitted Jennifer Hudson in Musical category for 'Respect' to give her more chances since they had Gaga in Drama, but the Globes moved Hudson to Drama and she missed the nomination 19 minutes ago, WildAmerican said: agreed. and JFAD seems to be a proper musical whereas ASIB was indeed a drama, not a musical... According to Variety JFAD is gonna be like ASIB than traditional musical (which makes more sense for this kind of movie), but we'll see 1

Aston Martin Posted December 11, 2023 Posted December 11, 2023 After Gaga being involved in the last two award seasons, I'm happy to be "taking the year off" so to speak from keeping close tabs on award season this year. Especially since she'll (presumably) be right back in the mix next year. Feels good to have a breather in between. 2

The power she oozed. I miss her 4
Almodusa Posted December 11, 2023 Posted December 11, 2023 Gaga could’ve gone to Comedy/Musical, lost to Olivia, and then we’d be like “Oh she should’ve been in Drama actually, Glenn won that cause Gaga wasn’t there!!!!” We shall see what happens next year
Leptine Posted December 11, 2023 Posted December 11, 2023 If JFAD is not gonna be an award contender, this time I hope it will be clear since the beginning at least so we can stay at peace, although no matter what, this time until Gaga's name is actually being pronunced, no matter if she even wins precursors, I won't take for granted that she gets nominated until it's 100% sure.
Marry The Gods Posted December 11, 2023 Posted December 11, 2023 Even if it's not an award contender film it will still be a for-sure box office smash. The conservative MAGAs are already calling it "woke" for Gaga's harley portrayal but we know they (along with OGH) will hate watch the film still. Butts-In-Seats legend
Reginald Posted December 11, 2023 Posted December 11, 2023 Another unforgettable Marry The Night performance, from X Factor UK Both outfit reveals left me absolutely floored
Almodusa Posted December 11, 2023 Posted December 11, 2023 The MTN bridge is such a moment, phew! And with that guitar too. Its lead back into the final chorus and the remainder of the song feels victorious, and the music video shows that very nicely 5

Maybe it was a cute backstage moment. Though, they would make an excellent collaborate album together.

ViviLittleM Posted December 11, 2023 Posted December 11, 2023 We should honestly close this base until she comes back for Joker’s promo 1 1
chosensparkles Posted December 11, 2023 Posted December 11, 2023 at this point not surprised if she would scrap Joker 2 tbh Spoiler just kidding but reading some members here, I had to troll 2

They shot 6 hours of footage with so many looks we haven't seen. My friend and a couple of other people were tweeting live from the set. There was a look where Gaga had long gray hair and a white dress as she's walking down a flower tunnel I hope one day we the whole 6 hour footage leaks. Gaga herself said the scene where she had a meltdown was 28 minutes long. I already had my LM card back in 2011 but never heard of that cut scenes
