It’s like she doesn’t need her “fans” anymore and should stop giving them what they want Oh... you kind of ate, though. The girls cannot take this. I agree with everything you said, but a lot of these meltdowns could be tampered down if she just talked to us every once in a while. It happens every time when we are in between eras. Not knowing what is going on = fans getting restless and angry. A monthly post letting us know where she is would probably make everyone calm down. ---- BTW, Bloody Mary is a Christmas song. Blood = red = Christmas color. Mary = Merry = half of "Merry Christmas". 2

I don't really blame her for this hiatus each time she's readying a new era/project and I agree, It's not like she did nothing besides Chromatica in these years (and I really enjoyed her side albums/projects, this is just subjective, apparently most LMs did not) but the relationship with fans was one of the things that made her different (weren't little monsters the first fanbase to be named?) and now she barely acknowledge us. When she calls us or puts her paw up it's an event. The love is still there but I guess most people feels abandoned and only considered anytime she needs to promote something. I know this might be her way to preserve her private life and keep some sort of normality and she still cares so much about her fans who she loves but that's kind of the price of fame. Exactly this. The #ad era is what a lot of people feel uncomfortable and uneasy. Especially her using a footage from the Traumatica Ball Movie for Nurtec ad while everyone was expecting a release date made it feel like she was playing with us for money. 1

Album Leak Posted December 4, 2023 Posted December 4, 2023 Dawn of Chromatica was 100% Bloodpop's effort. Gaga didn't do anything except okay it's release.

But still, it exist and I'm glad of it. "Hitmixes", "The Remix" and "Born This Way The Remix" also weren't done by Gaga personally. In the end she has the last word and I appreciate that she decided to revive that project especially considering that it is music and the most interesting remix album of hers. 1

It’s like she doesn’t need her “fans” anymore and should stop giving them what they want Love for Sale was already recorded before Chromatica iirc, so she just released it and gave it the bare minimum promo. Great effort, indeed. But still, I can give you that, the jazz show and HOG (which didn't take more than a couple months of her time at best). Then you have a remix album made by another person, the shortest tour my eyes have ever seen, one unit of a song and another that was already out which repeak had nothing to do with her. Some months of work in 4 years. I don't know what you work in, but for the average human, and even the average music/acting star, that's nothing. As for Chromatica, I think the complete opposite. We as fans supported it way more than we should have, because she did the BARE minimum with it, while other were working with real passion despite a ww pandemic. If anything, I felt laughed at, when she finally released something we were asking for ages, and then gave us a middle finger completely abandoning it. What turned me into a fan was her huge passion for art and her creativity, as most of the LM. I don't think we're to blame for feeling disappointed when that was her whole dogma. She owes us nothing, that's completely true. And I don't usually post here because I accepted that she's just minding her own bussiness. It might sound differently, but I don't hold anything against her, I don't even know her personally lol But one thing I don't stand is blind apologists. She's LAZY AF, for an average human, an artist, and even a celebrity. And she's entitled to that, but never try to deny that she's LAZY AF. 2 5 7
Aden Posted December 4, 2023 Posted December 4, 2023 Gaga had an unhealthy relationship with her fans, let's be real. As endearing as it was, one-on-one relationships just wasn't natural for someone who blows up globally and meteorically the way she did in the inception of her career. Fans should not have wielded the influence they did on Artpop's creative process. That being said, I do have one thought on "she owes us nothing". I felt this way before the #ad era. If she's going to milk the audience she's built, that audience deserves *something* beyond sparse Instagram selfies. There was and still is so much low-hanging fruit to keep fans occupied until JFAD/LG7/etc. 8 1

She literally prepped six months for her role in House of Gucci and all the press that was required after. It’s not just a quick couple months filming commitment. Not to mention doing “the bare minimum” for L4S when you know, her duet partner was living with Alzheimer’s, is a gross way to put it (and inaccurate, she absolutely gave that album everything she could to honour Tony and their work together, and at the same time that HoG was coming out — but of course lazy AF). Just a couple of examples of the way you are undermining the work Gaga has done this decade, while also living with a chronic pain condition herself which made her think she would never tour again after Joanne, to prove your point which on paper I am sympathetic to but that last paragraph ain’t it. 5 2

Album Leak Posted December 4, 2023 Posted December 4, 2023 Yes, Gaga deserves distance from the fans, but I truly do not believe that she is gonna get sucked into a toxic relationship with the fans if she posts just some fun stuff once in a while for the fans to interact with. Where is this gal. 1
