Unpopular opinion: LG7 should be like 10-12 tracks and have no collabs.

That would be cool if she releases every ~2 years, but if the breaks between albums are ~4 years from now on, definitely not :cm:

Smoking is one of the thing I will never tolerate or justify her for, I just hope it's something she only does occasionally.

TF -> TFM -> BTW was an amazing string of releases that felt like a natural evolution and progression of the dance-pop sound she started off with TF, which then later incorporated more '' experimental '' and non-mainstream pop elements. To this day, BTW has an extremely peculiar sound that no other pop artist has managed to copy or imitate (successfully). This is what I need Gaga to do again, instead of mindlessly switching genres to see what sticks or whatever catches her fancy. I'd like her to see work with the foundation she set with Chromatica and developing it further so we can see the evolution of the sound and her vision.

But regardless, I think LG7 is going to be a mishmash of genres, few rock tracks, few ballads, few radio safe dance-pop songs for the homos.

I remember once reading a piece from 2013-2014 that mentioned Gaga could put out the perfect pop album if she released a body of work that resembled her hit catalog (early dance hits, BTW hits, Shallow and ARUTW, etc.)

She should absolutely consider a multi-genre album. They've been done before and done well, like The ArchAndroid by Janelle Monáe. Gaga is too versatile to box herself into certain genres.

Yeah, it probably wouldn’t be well received by critics, but I think this is a decent idea.

okay for 12 tracks, but I would like 1 or 2 collabs, at least one with a woman !

In love with this. ALSO: IDC what anyone says ARTPOP cover is of no flaws. loved it then and love it now

I miss her instrumentals being more complex. TF, TFM, BTW and even ARTPOP had instrumentals with lots of layers, backing vocals, each listen you’d discover a new element.

why does Million Reasons at Royal Variety have almost 50m views? :deadbanana2: good lord

Bc its a classic and probably the best live performance of that song :cm:

but really its the first performance that shows up when you search “MR” on YT. If you search “MR live” it is the first.

Tfm but grown is what she needs to do  when you think about it all of her best recent songs feel like some sort of tfm continuation

The Rolling Stones better release their collab as a single if they want their album to have more hype :cm:

I feel like this is kinda popular here actually, but yes I agree. Especially about the length. A solid, short, concise, and consistently good album with 11-12 tracks and sans fillers >>>>>>>>>

Wouldn't mind a collab or two max if they bring something to the table. But I want her to do collabs outside of her albums.

I am glad she is not using her sis's customized look, they are nice but quite amateur-ish, I like the fact that she is trying to support her sis, but enough is enough.

This looks gorgeous

Them having a Gen Z actress like Sadie Sweeny star in the lead single's video makes me hopeful they'll consider releasing a video with Godga. It would also be cool to see her in a music video that isn't pop or jazz.

The way this movie is getting pushed to Christmas 2024 or 2025. There is really no major comic book movie between Aquaman(Dec 2023) and J:FAD (Oct 2024). J:FAD really had a open ground to do some major damage :jonny:

The new Jazz looks are truly the best she's ever looked for any jazz shows (The iconic Bang Bang look was a moment though)
