First weekend is always live-streamed on Coachella's website I believe.

I'd rather Coachella be filmed and put out to streaming. TMB was filmed and iconic moment itself because it was her first big gig playing there so it was special. Now it really wouldn't mean much if she filmed there.

Why would you need a filmed Coachella version? You can just watch the livestream version.

 

And I disagree that filming The MAYHEM Ball in MSG again won't be special like The Monster Ball. This is her return to her old artistic root, and New York is where her music root comes from, she even did Zane Lowe interview in a NY bar where MAYHEM is inspired by. Filming The MAYHEM Ball in MSG again is actually a perfect choice if you think about it, filming it anywhere else wouldn't be as good as New York.

The Coachella livestream is usually awful quality and the angles aren't as good. Just look at what Beyoncé did with her Coachella special. It was filmed and well done.

I would rather get The MAYHEM Ball filmed, Coachella stage won't be as impressive and the duration is shorter than tour. That way we get two performances that we can watch later instead of one.
