I just read some articles about Trump, his plans for his first days in office, and what's likely to dominate the news cycle in the coming weeks.

 

Maybe I'm being pessimistic, but I don't see how anyone can believe that delaying LG7 "will guarantee a better moment," given the troubling direction the world seems to be heading.

I wouldn't mind the album being delayed if that meant they're going all out with the promo/content to build hype, but we know damn well she would just drop some crumbles with weeks of silence in between and then drop another single the week before the album releases, and the torture we're suffering right now would just be extended.

 

So no, **** it, at this point just drop the album I just wanna listen to the **** you've been teasing for 9 months like I'm exhausted...

The earth exploding is her best case scenario since it's the ultimate excuse to not release anything.

 

Maybe she was lowkey waiting for Trump to get sworn in all this time, since now there'll be a new horror/tragedy, like, every week. Infinite postponement. "Monsters, I'm devastated" for the rest of time

you just brought back so much memories sis!  We were fighting those Kagome stans and Inuyasha anime haters for days on end  Ugh it was glorious lol. Been on a Inuyasha nostalgia vibe again and specifically about Kikyo...I just cant get over her tragic and melancholic story...what a character Rumiko Takahashi made  Literally there's never been so much depth in a female character ever...even the newer anime and mango that are much better at creating female characters cant be so effortlessly amazing...like Kikyo was just IT when it came to how you write an amazing tragic female anime character

She's a saint, yet a sinner; a priestess, yet a vengeful spirit; a lover, yet full of hatred; dead, yet living. She perfectly portrayed what it meant to be a human, all the good and the bad side.

 

Kikyo is a literal once in a lifetime character, she's at the PEAK when talking about complex characters and puts up a good fight against some of the best-written characters in any medium ever. Other female characters can't compare and truthfully, that is okay, because Kikyo shines above even amongst 3d characters, that's how well-written she is. Rumiko ate the whole Buffet with making her and we love her for that!
