I like Mayhem the most out of all of those chaos synonyms but I would've preferred another made up word or a long sentence related to hell or demons

still, going from the excellency of Chromatica and its cover to Mayhem with a black & white close up is… :rip: hopefully there's some variants with more interesting covers

As I said some pages ago, I think the name was chosen hoping FAD would carry the promo. Sadly it backfired :suburban:

What upsets me most is that like her HUGE ass team REALLY didnt have a plan B? They based their entire promo plans off of a film which they knew had a legit chance of bombing and it's just kinda wild to me tbh. The minute they saw the lukewarm response they should have began to adapt and done like a crisis meeting on how to handle the upcoming era and build hype etc now that the film was dead but instead Bobby is in bathhauses around the world and the rest of her team is on some permanent sabbatical. Like it's gotten so bad that we are seeing miss LADY GAGA being lost in a burger king cuz that team is too lazy to buy her food for her :'(

Harlequin is work of art, though.

The only demon we should ever be afraid of reappearing in her life is Todd Phillips.

This! And also Interscope's CEO releasing an interview confirming that they were hoping FAD would do all the work like wtf??? :deadbanana4:

Like who the hell is in charge? :dies:

Over the next few months the grand plan will have extremely mixed results. Janick was right about "Die With A Smile". But another key piece of the strategy fared badly. Janick had suggested that Gaga, an Oscar-nominated actress, could receive another nomination for her role in Joker: Folie à Deux. When the movie landed two months later, it bombed badly with both audiences and reviewers. "Even Lady Gaga can't save this movie," , the album's fate was sealed.

Yeah but after the second trailer it was kinda clear that something was off, they had time to rethink the strategy for LG7... It's their job :monkey:

An insider reportedly caught a glimpse of the album cover and hinted that the title is Mayhem.

Initially skeptical, we decided to investigate further and headed to the capital looking for evidence

Our search led us to discover http://ladygagamayhem.com and http://gagamayhem.com, both of which were registered by the same people and around the release of Disease. So, it looks like it is legit.

A good thing about the title being Mayhem and it being set in stone since pre-Disease release is that it further confirms that the "Chaos" aspect of the album was there all along and it's not just a post-hoc thing to rationalize DWAS's inclusion.

She did mention the mix of genres since TCBF premiere but it's good to get even further confirmation.
