Also I haven't done an update of TOTC's biggest global (and US) chart hits of the 2020s decade in a while, but it keeps doing well.

 

Global chart: 

35. Die with a Smile: 9,360 points (+400)

 

US chart: 

58. Die with a Smile (+600)

 

It should break into the 10,000+ point range within two weeks and it should surpass Lose Control in 3 weeks on the global chart. On the US chart, it should be bumped up to #52 next week. Also I noticed that the song with the second highest number of points got weighted down from 480 to 400. Idk if that's been corrected in the song's totals or not.

Delaying anything for optics during this tragedy is silly. I hope she doesn't do that unless the industry is shut down and it's unavoidable but I don't suspect this will be another Chromatica situation unless it gets much worse.

 

The current singles are "dark" but hopeful there is much more depressing stuff on the radio. There were tragedies occurring when they were released, too. And when she recorded the album. She has something to say with her music in this moment and she should stick to it and say it. 
 

Really tired of pop stars, especially Gaga being expected to pussyfoot around.

There's always going to be a tragedy happening somewhere in the world. I don't think she should delay anything tbh.

This situation is kinda different since her community is up in flames tho. And we all know how much of an empath she is anyway.

Either way, I think she'll announce by the end of Jan. with a new single and then a promo single with the album release.

i still CANT get over how COOL Gaga looks in the DWAS mv. her body language is just amazing...we havnt had a visual were Gaga looked effortlessly cool since her debut days tbh...like she captured that early "IDGAF" essence so well

Yeah, she needs the physicals ready for the first week. But since they didn't have the vinyls ready for Harlequins tracking week, or DWAS, and they didn't ever bother with physical merch for Disease, I'm not getting my hopes up.

how would u guys feel if LG7 was a digital drop only until a month later then physicals would come out? I have a feeling this is what will happen due to last minute tweaks and additions they may be doing for LG7 due to Disease's response and the last second addition of DWAS to LG7

I sometimes wish i could read the other popgirls minds...like is Katy bitter about DWAS smashing while 143 flopped drastically and sent Katy in the deepest level of the Khia assylum, is Dua upset her fellow label mate Bruno chose to present this song to Gaga instead of her when she could use a hit?, is Mariah Carey angry that this is officially the modern day One Sweet Day of Gen Z? and finally, is Madonna listening to every stem and second of the song's production to try and find a way to copyright strike the song and get royalties off it to claim Gaga is copying her once again? These are the thoughts a bored chronically online homosexual has at 3:30am on a friday night
