This part of the interview though: Maybe she added another one for cohesive purposes. Speechless and Brown Eyes fit perfectly in their respective albums so the tracklist has to be convincing for us to be sold on DWAS making sense here. 1. Disease 2. Notorious Being 3. Abracadabra 4. Dancing in The Shadows 5. Garden of Eden 6. Piano Interlude 7. Die With a Smile 8. Piano Outro 9. Good Morning, Good Morning 10. Good Morning, Good Morning (Remix) (ft. Sexyy Red) 11. Good Morning, Good Morning (Rock Version) 8
Album Leak Posted Thursday at 12:54 PM Posted Thursday at 12:54 PM Well the Little Chartsters won I guess. No matter, I'm just more and more curious about the album now if she is confident in putting Die With A Smile in there.

However, she repeatedly said that "DWAS" was a standalone droplet and had nothing to do with LG7. She specifically stated that it had NOTHING to do with the album. Now she's saying it's a huge part of the record? …uhm. I was just hoping for a cohesive piece of work, crafted from the ground up like a concept album—something akin to The Fame, The Fame Monster, or Born This Way. Even Chromatica had a somewhat strong, consistent theme. The idea of "DWAS" being on LG7 bothers me, knowing it wasn't initially connected to the project when she finished it. Just my opinion, though. I'm happy for those of you who genuinely appreciate the idea. Chrome and Joanne are her only cohesive albums though There is nothing cohesive about The Fame Mons†er which has skips like the cry hard Speechless and the rootin tootin yeehaw Teeth tbf You and I was a major jumpscare but she made it a single so lol The Fame has Disco Heaven tacked to the end of it and ARTPOP is… ARTPOP Her prime albums always had a bit of mess but an overall direction, and with the 5-7 snippets we've heard, it's clear LG7 is gonna rise to that excellent level now. …I'm just bothered she's gonna look like a bit of a hypocrite but let's just blame Interscope for forcing it on there bc that's clearly what happened 1

She did talk about chaos long before DWAS existed, right? Now she has an excuse to do just like that. And it kinda makes sense that she seems to be around the studio recently. Maybe DWAS is not the only slow song on LG7 after all.
Dumbledore Posted Thursday at 12:56 PM Posted Thursday at 12:56 PM Notorious Being, Abracadabra Disease and GOE with DWAS? HMMMM I don't know how to feel about that Miss Nose 2
PMM Posted Thursday at 12:56 PM Posted Thursday at 12:56 PM then why she didn't put i want your love? i would love to see that title on the tracklist... same with till it happens to you. you know what? add the cure while we at it
opbranden Posted Thursday at 12:57 PM Posted Thursday at 12:57 PM The issue with DWAS isn't that it's a ballad. Songs like Speechless and Brown Eyes fit seamlessly into their respective albums, from the way they're sung to their overall sound. The same goes for Ü&I, in my opinion. DWAS, on the other hand, feels worlds apart from everything we've heard about LG7—both in terms of her vocals and the production. It wasn't part of the album; it was just a standalone release, meaning it had no connection to the creative process behind the record. 1

PMM Posted Thursday at 01:00 PM Posted Thursday at 01:00 PM I'm acting in this play of Comedy with tragic words The OGH was smilin' Cheerin' on a scene absurd I can try to hide behind this bas thread, but the show must go on I feel so mad Lg7 is filled with broken sounds So many, I can't listen to 1
POPTART Posted Thursday at 01:00 PM Posted Thursday at 01:00 PM Maybe it'll make sense once we hear the full album. I mean, she did say there's a lot of genres on the album, so who knows. 3

Europe Posted Thursday at 01:01 PM Posted Thursday at 01:01 PM She should also add that vulnerable small ballad to the album to make it more cohesive with DWAS The music we get the better

PMM Posted Thursday at 01:03 PM Posted Thursday at 01:03 PM you know what. i can forgive her. but i want continuous loop. tracks that fade into each other like confessions on a dancefloor or renaissance, but i know she won't do that so f it
MidnightsAtPeace Posted Thursday at 01:03 PM Posted Thursday at 01:03 PM DWAS is still not the lead single of the album unless stated otherwise

sunbathinganimal Posted Thursday at 01:05 PM Posted Thursday at 01:05 PM putting DWAS on LG7 for the charts (let's be real yall) is wack and will prob hurt its chances with critics. Disease and DWAS could not be more different (moreso than any two songs on BTW) and I'm struggling to see how she can make them both work on the same album but we will see I guess on the other hand Gesaffelstein yasssss 1 2
